Cratchwill Kapp
Cratchwill decided to join VSM after job shadowing in his school years. He has grown to be one of our top joiners. He is passionate about design and is never afraid to tackle a new challenge with an incredible eye for detail.

Garth is a respectful, polite and kind young man. He has a good knowledge of joinery, and together with Cratchwill they are an unstoppable team.
Eugene Kapp
Eugene is one of youngest team members, and has grown into an exceptional joiner. He and his team and known for their neatness, attention to detail and complete respect to clients and sites they work on.
Elliot Phikini
Elliot is the quiet guy… the gentle giant. He joined us in 2021 and has grown into his role at VSM. He’s dedicated to his work as Eugene’s right-hand man.
Edwin Petersen
Edwin left VSM a couple of years ago to spread his wings in Cape town. But after missing us too much, he returned & we could not be happier. He has grown into a fine joiner with great deal of passion and experience. As a person he is quiet but filled with much dynamite.
Gershwin Ruiters
Gershwin is a very polite quite young man. He knows what it takes to be a team player. Edwin & Gershwin work well together creating a strong, successful team.
Jason Stevens
Jason has grown so much since he joined VSM. When he started was more experienced in solid carpentry but now is a strong & very capable joiner.He strives to please all his clients… and he sure does.
Lamaqui Ruiters
Lemaqui is respectful, kind & always willing to help. He has a fair knowledge of joinery. Jason & Lemaqui make a great team. Clients are always complementary of their work, tidiness and overall respectfulness.
Donnie De Laan
Donnie is head of our Spray Booth department. He has been with VSM for more than 15 years and is not just an employee, he is more like family. His father worked for VSM from the start, before retiring to Oudtshoorn, his home town. His knowledge, commitment and technical skills are priceless.
Lee-Roy De Laan
Lee-Roy is also from Oudtshoorn and is Donnie’s cousin and right hand man. He does all of the undercoating in the Spray Booth department. Donnie is truly one-of-a-kind, helful, trustworthy, strong and always does every task with a smile and a spring in his step.
Augusta Cumings
Augusta’s (Ou Vrou) knowledge of sanding painting techniques is priceless. She is not just an employee she the Mamma of the factory.the factory.
